Policies apply to orders fulfilled by Squezlaxshraxell from Mikkeli, Finland. Capsules are food supplements subject to hygiene rules; opened units may not be re-sold. If your local law grants additional rights, those rights apply alongside this policy.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from distance contracts within fourteen days after receipt unless an exception applies. For safety and hygiene, sealed food supplement packs can only be returned when the seal is intact, the product is unused, and it remains fit for resale under applicable rules.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If a bottle arrives broken or the contents do not match your order confirmation, email support@squezlaxshraxell.world with photos within forty-eight hours. We arrange replacements or refunds without requiring you to pay return postage.

Voluntary returns

When seals remain intact, you may return products within thirty days for store credit. Refunds to the original payment instrument follow within fourteen banking days after we inspect the parcel at Porrassalmenkatu 21.

Process

Include your order number, reason code, and preferred resolution. Use trackable shipping; we cannot process items lost in transit without proof of delivery to our warehouse.

Exceptions

Opened capsules, goods without batch stickers, or items returned after the stated window may be rejected and sent back at your expense.
